We are happy to have a neighborhood nestled in the woods with great neighbors in a small community bursting with activities.  Happily, the third smallest town in the state of Georgia, Talking Rock has not changed much since its beginning in 1883, when the train was the lifeline of the town. Talking Rock offers unique shops, antiques, and outdoor adventures. Visitors can picnic, hike, kayak, or fish in nearby creeks, rivers, and lakes. Explore scenic trails like Amicalola Falls, the tallest waterfall in the Southeast, or the Appalachian Trail. Enjoy craft beer in a vintage railcar, tour wineries and breweries, or attend year-round festivals. For entertainment, visit community theater, performing arts, or adrenaline-pumping racing at a state-of-the-art track. Dining, golf, horseback riding, and skeet shooting add to the fun.
